Details: Billowing clouds extend
from the wand’s handle. When the owner is at peace, the handle looks like
ivory and the clouds are wispy and white, otherwise, the handle looks like
ebony, and the clouds dark with faint flashes within. Targets in clouds or fog incur a –2
penalty to their saves.
