I'm sure the map is totally wrong in this respect. It's a cool gadget. We need to develop a map that 1. Works with the app, 2. Remains somewhat accurate. This has been an ongoing discussion for quite some time (the correct placement of Hollow World poles, latitudes, and actual planetary size).
I can see this globe does not follow the recent "gigantic far ocean" theories that have been talked about of late.
